FS#1433 - Track numbers >10 displayed.

When I play back mp3s with the tracknumber set in the
id tag, any track which has a tracknumber of 10 or
greater has the number displayed before the title of the
track. Tracks 1 to 9 only display the track title.

Archos model - Jukebox FM Recorder, 20Gb
Archos firmware - 1.30j
Rockbox version - 2.0.

HW info:
ROM: 1.23
Mask: 0×0304 USB: +ve
ATA: 0×200 PR: +ve
Freq: 11.0592MHz

Regards,
gdjohn@iee.org

Having looked into this further it appears that is infact the
other way round to how I described the problem in the
summary - the wps is supposed to display the tracknumber,
followed by a ‘.’ then the track title, but doesn’t for tracks
with numbers less than 10.
In ‘View ID3 info’ tracks 1 to 9 are reported as having notrack
number. They definately do, as Winamp reports them
correctly. The tracks are tagged with id31.1 and id32.3.

gjohn

Please provide your wps and a sample mp3 file that doesn’t
work for you. All tracknumbers (>10 and <10) work for me.

wps is the default rockbox one - i haven’t created my own.
will upload example mp3s when i get home this evening.
cheers

Use the form at the bottom of this bug report page.

Anonymous Submitter commented on 2003-06-11 22:05

no form at bottom of page ? ? ?
only way I can see of doing it is to use ‘Submit New’ option at
top of this page and create new bug report, which allows
attachment of files.

Then upload it somewhere else and post a link to it here.
