FS#1514 - Fixes sleep timer when connected to charger
This patch fixes two problems with the sleep timer
when using the charger.
1) The unit is still displaying the wps screen when
playback has stoped.
2) When playback has stopped the sleep timer
shows a very large negative number

Updatet patch so sleeptimer works when playback
is paused when the charger is connected.
Patch is also updated so idle timeout will stop paused
playback when ther charger is connected.
