This patch provides alternative ways to sort when
browsing the directory tree. This allows you to select to
have all the playlists at the top of the list, above
folders, so it is easier to get to the playlists in a
directory with lots of subdirectories or other files.

The sort order is selected in General Settings->File View-
>Sort Order.

The orders I have provided are:
1) Directory, Playlist, Music, TXT, WPS, CFG, FONT,
LNG, ROCK, MOD then unrecognised files.
2) Playlist, Directory, Music then others as above.
3) Playlist, Music, Directory then others as above.

These seemed the sensible selections to me, without
doing a more complex user interface that would let you
completely configure the order. If anyone has
suggestions for other useful orderings, let me know.

Within each file type, files sort alphabetically, in a case
sensitive or case insensitive manner as per the existing
Sort Mode setting.

Note that when you change the config the effect is not
immediate on the currently displayed directory when you
go straight back to file browsing. You have to change
directory to see the new order.

I had a problem with my editor settings, and my patch file
seems to have got some nasty nasty CR/LF things in it. :-(
I'll delete the patch file for now, and build a new one when I
get time.

I've attached a new patch file to replace the original. This
now has an additional option which gives Directories followed
by all files alphabetically (as in current sorting). This option is
the default, so there is no change in behaviour unless you
specifically change it.

Also, any change to the configuration now has immediate
effect when you go back to the tree from the configuration
