FS#1607 - Pb with file creation

i created a “dynamic playlist” file using the menu, i
choose a file name but a directory already have this
name, so there is 2 entries in the FAT with the same
name but with 2 differents attributes (file and directory).
I check my disk with chkdsk (on XP) and it correct my
FAT (and deleting all the directory, so i have to re-copy
all the file :!(

a test (to check if a directory with the same name don’t
already exist) could be a good idea.
