Fix for bug 788005

This patch makes makes the Player give legal FAT create
and modify times to files it creates or modifies. Since
there is no RTC on the player, the times and dates are
not real, but they are at least legal FAT dates and
times, and change when files are changed. Having legal
FAT times is important for some software which
synchronises files between the player and a PC.

When a file is created it is given a timestamp of
00:15:00 on 1 August 2003. Each time the file is
modified this is incremented by 1 hour 10 mins. The
date increment is very simplistic, with the day never
going above 28 for all months. Depending on the file
accesses done in the Rockbox software, some user
actions can cause the time of a file to increase by
several hours.
