FS#1706 - recording: disk spins up+down two times when writing buffer

This is the behaviour on my 8 MB Recorder: When
recording, the disk spins up when the buffer is almost full
(the first time at about 7,? MB), writes one second and
the disk spins down. After another 5 seconds, the disk
spins up a second time and then writes the complete
buffer to the disk (this takes about 15 seconds).

So, every time the buffer is written to disk, the disk spins
up two times. I think this has something to do with some
differnt buffer calculation / timing when having a 8 MB
AJB.
