FS#1713 - Shuts Down when on battery

Archo Studio 20: 5.06 v2.0

All of a sudden my player starts shutting down after
about 2 seconds. I press on and wait for the logo to
appear if I let go after it appears the player shuts down.
If i keep holding and start up completely I constantly
have to be pressing or holding any of the buttons in
order to prevent it from shutting down which it does
even when its playing. When I got to Disk Spindown it
says 5s when i change it to a higher number it still shuts
down and when I start it up all of the settings I changed
are reset again.

The only way I can get it not to shutdown is by keeping
it plugged in which lets it run normally….well almost.
When I play it off the charger I find that I can not shut
the player down by holding the Stop button.

I know that it isnt because the battery is low because I
replaced it.

It sounds like your player is broken somehow. This surely
doesn’t sound like a software failure.
