FS#1727 - Changes to new .rockbox browsing patch
This patch moves the new menus (like plugins, fonts,
configurations…) to the f2 screen since the main menu
and settings menu seemed flooded. The old f2 screen is
now f3. No one uses f3, so it all seemed to work well.

I will be adding a patch later that creats a new directories for
games/apps/etc. The reason for doing that is all the chip8
games and the current ones can go in a seperate area, and
not clog the main one, and also because there are some
plugins that dont need to be seen (such as the viewer and
chip8 plugin), they will be moved where you want see them.
This should look very good with my patch. I hope to
have the patch attached friday.
