FS#1730 - ID3V2.3 "GENRE" field doesn't work.
First I thought it was the tag editor, but after many test
(and many editors) I think there is a little bug in
Rockbox. For example if you fill the field GENRE both In
ID3v1 and also in ID3v2.3 or only in ID3v2.3 you get <No
INFO> in ID3 screen. All fields are working only if you
have only ID3v1 and no ID3v2.3.
