FS#1792 - HD spins while chargeing
When using the flash version and the power gets pluged
in while unit is powered off; unit powers on, hd spins up
then dosnt spin back down. the HD shouldnt spin up at
all when just chargeing .. however! if i turn it on.. plug it
in then turn it off.. hd spins down, unit continues to
charge. Need to make hd not spin up when charging.

Description:
The same happens with my unit. When Rockbox is in firmware
and the charger is connected the disk always spins in charge
mode.
I reported this behaviour before on SF.net and a Rockbox
developer may have closed or deleted the report and referred
to some 2003 CVS patch of Rockbox which would correct this
issue. (I don't remember exactly.)
You will have to update the boot loader.
