FS#1937 - Bookmark on Stop regardless of setting

I go to Bookmarking Options and set Bookmark on Stop to “No.”

Whenever I stop playback, I am still asked if I want to create a
bookmark.

Also, I am not able to browse plug-ins during playback.

This works perfectly for me. Can you give me some detailed
steps on how to reproduce it?
Also try the latest daily build (or 2.2) and see if the
problem is gone.

Upgraded to latest CVS, problem went away.
