FS#1957 - Improved ff/rw max step calculation

This patch changes the method for calculating the
maximum FF/RW acceleration so that it is based on the
difference between the current positon and the end of
the track instead of being based on the total track
length.

This allows the same acceleration as the current
method, but decreases the FF/RW step size as the end
of the track is approached, making it easier to
navigate toward the end of the track without
inadvertantly jumping all the way to the track end/next
track.

This is especially useful when navigating in fairly
long files that are many minutes or even hours long.
