FS#2108 - Stopwatch plugin

Stopwatch plugin with lap timer. Remembers up to 10 lap
times, and enables scrolling through them.

Controls (Player in brackets if different from Recorder):

Start/stop timer: Play/Pause
Reset to zero (and clear laptimes): Left (Stop)
Store lap time: On
Scroll through lap times: Up/Down (+/-)
Exit: Off (Menu)

Would be nice to include the compiled .rock file, for us
non-compiling types? Sounds like a great plugin.
