Here is a patch for francais.lang with the following
points:

- patch is “old” player oriented (I mean, I reduced the
size of a lot of strings to fit in the 11 cells of the
player)

- some “main” words (like ‘playlist’ for example) had a
new translation. I think they are more accurate (mainly
as I could say in french “pas d’anglicisme”)

- some ids are added due to my other patch for the
fade mode

- it’s based on rockbox-daily-20040329

I dunno if there is an “official” french maintainer but
I think these changes will be usefull

PS: I have an extended version of this patch which
translates the messages in the plugins (only player
plugins for now) and some file names too: I remember
a thread on the mailing list when I proposed to
translate the file names with someone which disagreed,
but I’m still convicted that it is normal to translate the
file names (for example C:\My Documents is really
C:\Mes Documents for Win98 in french locale) ….
