FS#2125 - Playback of high bitrate layer 2 files stutters

The playback of high bitrate (320 kbps/384 kbps) Layer
2 files stutters on the Recorder (v1). However, this is
not a limitation of the MAS since Archos fw plays them
fine.

FYI: We don't close the bugs until we ship a stable release. That way
we know which bugs are present in the last stable version. (We do
mark them Fixed though.)
