FS#2196 - Langage not memorized at starting

After the stop of the jukebox, the choice of language is
not memorized (the language file is actually in
rockbox\lang repertory).

I copy the file in rockbox repertory, that does not
change anything (impossible to choice the language via
the General Settings).

Go very well in the 2.1 version (in the rockbox repertory)

Install Rockbox the proper way, by unzipping the entire ZIP
contents to the jukebox, or use the Windows Installer. Then
report back if it doesn’t work.
