FS#2215 - *Panic* Read access error

I have a Jukebox Recorder 15 running 2.2…when it tries
to boot up, i get the message “Read access error” and
then on the next line “Can’t read from hard drive”

Can anyone help me here?

I think either your batteries are dead, or the battery
connectors are broken. Those error messages are not Rockbox
messages, so this can't be a Rockbox bug.
