FS#2281 - Pitch menu buttons not working properly

While in PITCH MENU (by holding ON in WPS), varying the
pitch by 2% (RIGHT/LEFT) doesn't work (at least on
JBR20). Pitch reverts to the original value immediately.
Pausing doesn't work either.
Bugfix diff is attached.

The RIGHT/LEFT pitch change is not supposed to be permanent.
It is a "nudge" mode to play at a higher pitch while you
hold the key, for synchronizing while beatmixing.

It is the same for PAUSE, it is paused while you hold the
key, also for beatmixing.

OK, finally that cryptic button-handling code makes some
sense… ('cause I'm just using the pitch change to listen
to music at really slow speeds for the slightly pyscheledic
effect :)
