FS#2347 - win32 uisimulator

Here is a proposal patch for the win32 uisimulator
to deal with several archos background image.
Each version of the archos target must have a
provided BMP file (I attached the old player one
that I just made).
I deleted the line LANGUAGE=english in the Makefile
(why not use the desired language too, as in the X11
version ?)

New version of the patch for the official 2.3 version.
I'll upload in a next comment a tar file of the current
background image and a screendump with the WIN32
Simulator for the player…
