What are .lrc and .scn files?

A *.lrs or *.scn - file is a simple textfile including time- and
songtext informations. During playpack my new MP3-player
play a mp3-file AND the *.lcr or *.scn-file simultanously; in
the display you can read the text from the mp3-song like
karaoke-text on the videoscreen. The *.lcr or *.scn-file is
including the text of the song; the files have the same name
like the mp3-song. The changes of the text in the display is
timed by the time-informations of the *.lcr or *.scn-file.
