FS#2378 - Plasma Demo

As soon as I saw the grey level feature added to
Rockbox I had to do something with it, so i thought a
plasma demo might be cool!
It’s not the fastest plasma on the planet, i’m sure it
could be done faster in ASM. I also use an iteretive
formuila for calculating Sine waves, which is pre
calculated when it starts, hence the slow startup time :-( Oh well, someone might enjoy looking at it for a few
seconds or so…I enjoyed making it anyway!
