FS#2448 - Logo plugin

This plugin draws a rockbox logo that moves around on
the screen. Speed in each direction can be controlled
with the keypad. That’s pretty much all there is to it.
Works on the bitmap lcd devices.

Changed the plugin to allow it to work on gmini as well. And
have nicer preprocessor directives. Removed the variable
keybindings that weren’t.
