FS#2452 - while copying music into the player, it freezes

when i copy music into the player, the player freezes
and the song there though it is 0 bytes. i would be
forced to shut it off and the full music file is not there
but the record of it is.

Unfortunately, we can't do anything about that. The USB
communication is handled by the hardware, and the USB
drivers on your PC. Try scandisk, make sure your batteries
are OK, and maybe reinstall the USB drivers on your PC.
