FS#2526 - Last .ogg or .mp3 in directory ends prematurely

iRiver H140

When I play files in a directory, the last song always
ends 13 seconds early. I have the latest daily build.
This happens with both .ogg and .mp3 files. I have
tried turning disk skip buffer on (7 secs) or off. I
have tried crossfading on or off. It only happens with
the last song in a directory. The wps shows that the
song is not over, it just ends early. I have checked
the songs, they are okay.

While we do appreciate that you report flaws in the iRiver
version of Rockbox, we are in a development phase where things
are not implemented, or are not fully functional. This changes
from day to day, so handling official bug reports for such things
is quite a burden for us.

Please consider using the forum, IRC channel or mailing list instead.

sorry, my build is cvs-050614.
disk has 6.59 GB free

just tried inserting the same song after I started playing
the last somg in a directory. still failed but gave the
error message [codec failure] on the wps just prior to
exiting playback. unit does not freeze, just stops playing.
tried creating a playlist with the same song inserted three
times. still fails with same error message. failure occurs
13 seconds before the end of the song.
