FS#2527 - quickly skipping two .ogg songs results in [codec failure]

When playing .ogg songs in a directory, skipping
forward or backward rapidly (double skipping) results
in a [codec failure] message. does not happen with .mp3

using CVS-050615 (latest build)

While we do appreciate that you report flaws in the iRiver
version of Rockbox, we are in a development phase where things
are not implemented, or are not fully functional. This changes
from day to day, so handling official bug reports for such things
is quite a burden for us.

Please consider using the forum, IRC channel or mailing list instead.
