FS#2547 - Improved metadata support for Ogg Vorbis

This patch adds more complete support for Ogg Vorbis
metadata. It reads the interesting information
(channels, sample rate, etc) and the comments/tags.

Chained Ogg streams are detected, and the total play
time is calculated. However, the code does currently
not support reading tags from streams other than the
first (it might not be needed; it depends on how it
should be handled on the WPS screen and playlist).

Updated oggvorbis.c to a better version.

Also, whoever applies this, remove the .eh_frame section in
aps.lds instead (as is done in plugin.lds).
