the patch-file may contain windows-line-endings
the other file should just be fine.

Hi,
I just wanted to update the file before feature freeze, as I
expected changes in the last seconds, and it was actually the
case.
Furthermore, I was away
There comes the updated version.

I noticed that the new “voice”-entries in english.lang do not
have a ‘:’-character between “voice” and the actual string to be
voiced. uplang does not seem to bother, and my binlang is out
of order at the moment.
