FS#2558 - low bitrate mp3s have crackling sound

This is on the iRiver port.

When playing low bitrate mp3s (below 44.1k), especially
voice recordings, there is a very present crackling.
This happens on all non-44.1k encoded files.

While we do appreciate that you report flaws in the iRiver
version of Rockbox, we are in a development phase where things
are not implemented, or are not fully functional. This changes
from day to day, so handling official bug reports for such things
is quite a burden for us.

Please consider using the forum, IRC channel or mailing list instead.
