FS#2573 - Fixes checksum for Vorbis files

According to the docs, Vorbis audio packets must start
with the first packet on a new page after the three
header packets. This finds the offset to that page and
uses that as the starting offset for the checksum.
This is also the offset used as the starting data
offset by libvorbisfile and Tremor.
