FS#2588 - lds patch

With this patch it is possible to define DRAM, IRAM,
FLASH adresses via config-xx.h files. This makes
porting of an new target easier, since we only must
chages/add some defines into the new
config-mysupernewplayer.h file.
If IRAMSIZE_APP/PLUGIN is defines, we will use seperate
sizes of iram for applications and plugins.

NOTE: I HAVE DONE THE CHANGES FOR THIS PATCH WITHOUT
COMPILING AND TESTING, BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A
DEVELOPMENT-SUIT INSTALLED RIGHT NOW!
