FS#2606 - Metronome for H1xx

This is my fist time messing around with creating
patches so I hope this all works fine…

This gets sound to the metronome plugin for the H1xx.
As of now it generates a nasty saw wave. It functions
rather differently internally though from the archos
version.

Thanks for the effort. I have now committed it, with some
modifications to make it work the same on all platforms.
