FS#2636 - Chinese/Japanese patch
This is an update of Tat Tang's Chinese patch to the
current cvs. I've also added a few bug fixes as well as
improved Japanese support. It should work for all
recorders (tested on target), odio and iriver (tested
on sim). Fonts and recorder binaries are available at:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ChineseRockbox/
This patch is not currently fit to be committed, since
it does some things that are considered unacceptable by
rockbox standards. Anyways, I think unicode support
would be a better long-term solution.
Note: patch has been gzipped as it's a bit large.
