FS#2667 - Hebrew Language update

Re translating some values to sound more correct,
moving “:” & “!” chars to the other end of string to be
positioned correctly in rockbox.

the msgboxes are ovbiously unsorted yet and the
quickscreen problem persist, so it’s not the last update
for sure…

I’m not sure what should have I done with the comments
at the start ### so i’ve left them untouched. also, I would
like to know if it is normal to send a patch on small
updates like this or would you rather me to wait with it
(?) would appreciate a reply on that!

Excellent - I'll add this tomorrow.

Sending a patch is perfectly fine whenever you feel like it
- it's not much bother to update - rather sooner than later.

About the "###" comments - if you run the uplang script
again, after you're done translating, these will be removed.
If you don't, I will - no problem. I do that anyway, just to
check nothing's gone wrong anywhere.
