This is a patch that enables loading and saving
different files that contain radio presets.

In this patch you will see another filetype for
rockbox. The "fmr".
Although it was used in older biulds of Rockbox this
file was located on /.rockbox and had no response to
the GUI.

Now the fmr files can be opened in order to load the
presets inside and pop up the radio. From there you can
have many options. You can load a new preset or save
modifications to a differenet fmr file. You can add
entries as before and if you want to make a new preset
file from scratch you can use the Clear Preset File option.

A new mode can be found under the FM menu which is
called Preset Mode. This option enables you to Scan
between presets instead of frequencies.

Please test for any bugs or contact me for any
comments, additions or concerns.
