FS#2757 - Modified JPEG viewer; allows listening + file scrolling

I have combined the two patches by

Alexander Spyridakis - xaviergr
and
Sebastian Henriksen - shebb

because they interfered and resulted in errors when
patched simultaneously. All credit is theirs, I’ve just
edited small bits for merging. Thanks again for the code.
Here is a patch so you hit 2 birds with one stone :)
