FS#2766 - resume no longer has "ASK"

The 2.4 version of the software had Yes/No/Ask as
ways to handle what to do on restart. ver 2.5 only
shows Yes/No

the manual for 2.4 covers this on page 34 of the PDF.

Thank you ALL for the hard work - it is a wondeful
product.

The "ask" option was removed, because it was redundant. All
you need to do is to press ON in the file browser, and it
will resume.
