FS#2825 - scrolling bug, H300's

While i leave my finger on the up or down arrow to
scroll through files; when i release my finger it
doesn’t stop scrolling immediately, it may scroll
through an extra 10 or 20 items, just an estimation,
before it stops.

We know this. It's because the H300 code is not optimized
yet. The H300 port is in the very first stages, and you
really can't expect anything. "For developers only", it says
on the bootloader Wiki page.

also, clicking another button while it auto-scrolls does
not stop the auto-scroll.
