FS#2827 - bmp2rb: crash fix

fixed memory bug in bmp2rb. it didn’t allocate enough
memory when using 16bpp targets. the bug made it crash
on OS X (possible other bsd systems as well).

thought i did use a new version from cvs, discovered now
that the tool-dir hadn’t been updated properly… strange… sorry…
