FS#2836 - new image-flicker-fix

Ok now this patch solves the image-flicker-problem in wps
, reduce the ticking-noice a bit and reduces the
code-size for lcd-bitmap-targets

this is the simplified result of the two other patches
for the problem.

this reduces the code size a bit more :) now the reduction
is ~84 bytes
