FS#2842 - unfinished H300 recording

H300 recording enabled.
Has a glitch: the beginning of the WAV file has a
short burts of garbage.

Otherwise everything seems to work as on the H1xx

I have committed everything but the uda1380.h changes. They
seemed irrelevant to the recording functionality. Feel free
to submit a new patch for those changes if you feel they are
necessary.
