A Patch, so brickmania works on h1x0.

I made bitmaps for h1x0, added #defines for the
bitmaps, and other absolute positions. disabled all
"change foreground/background" calls for non-color units.
Added Scrolling funkionality for the helpsscreen, so it
scrolls with the keys, if the text in the helpscreen is
bigger than the actual screen.

To compile, you have to put the bmps in the right
folder, patch brickmania.c, update SOURCES in plugins

Brickmania for H1x0 players.

*fixed a problem with pads bitmaps.
*redraw pads, powerups and bricks:
*Bad powerups are black, good powerups are white.
*added missing check of usb connection.

The patch file will patch both
as neccecery.

apps/plugins/SOURCES will be arranged alphabetically as
discussed on irc

extract the zip file to /rockbox-devel/apps/plugins
and run 'patch -p2 -u < brickmania.patch'
from /rockbox-devel/apps/plugins/

To play, just copy Brickmania.rock to your player
./rockbox/rocks folder.

Now I don't think I could have been more specific on that! :P
