FS#3011 - insert shuffled option if no music is playing

this just adds the insert shuffled option with the
insert option if no music is playing

This is not needed. If you insert tracks when no music is
playing and have shuffle enabled, they will be shuffled.

yes, but i keep my player with shuffle off like 99% of the
time and its a pain to turn it on.. and for the sake of 4
extra lines of code i dont understand why it couldnt be
added..

i agree with jdgordon, this patch should be applied (but without the tabs :), i independently made this change a while ago too.

if possible, only if operating on a directory, it makes no sense for a single file.
