FS#3038 - List scrolling modification (also affects volume and seeking

Solve the problems with button repeating (for example
the scrolling continuing in the browser after the up or
down button was released) by disable queuing of events
when the queue isn't empty. This affects scrolling in
the file browser, seeking, changing the volume, using
the radio screen and probably other areas.
Also some yields are added when selecting the previous
or next element in file lists. This allows the CPU to
be boosted by the audio thread while scrolling, so
audio should play a little longer and scrolling will be
faster.

amiconn commited an improved version of this patch, so i'm
closing it.

What happened to the patch that Amiconn was working on that
fixed this and also kept repolling faster until the queue
was empty so that scroll jitter wouldn't happen on the
archos devices?
