re-added colour_picker.c to fix it for larger fonts

hmmm… compiled, but no menu anywhere.
how do you pick colours?

right.. im DONE
compiles fine on all targets (tested h300 and h1x0 so, at least it compiles on colour and b+w with no problems), no lines longer than 85 chars (and only like 6 lines longer than 80). full trasnlation, not tabs or cr/lf… also, at every1 in #rockbox’s insistance, the sliders no longer wrap…
