FS#451 - Can't create /.root dir if using Windows

AJB 6000, Version 4.53, Rockbox 1.4

People with
Windows (no linux) cannot create a /.rockbox directory in order to
use the autoloading WPS files. WPS works fine if loaded manually
but will not autoload due to lack of /.rockboxx directory. Windows
“hides” directories differently than Linux…In Linux it is possible to
have the “.” in a directory name such as /.rockbox…In windows this
is not possible. Please change the directory that the firmware
looks at to autoload wps files at startup to a naming convention
supported by Windows.

Yes you can create a .rockbox dir in windows. It's just the silly
Explorer that refuses to let you. Open a command prompt and
type "mkdir j:\.rockbox".

This is documented on the download page.
