FS#4744 - mapping: reset pitch to 100%

when changing the pitch with Play+Up/Down there seems to be no possibility to reset the pitch to 100% playing speed. This patch maps the “Off” button in the pitch screen to reset the playing speed. Press “On+Stop” when in pitch screen or twice when in wps (to toggle the pitch screen).

Tested on H120.

Corrected a little issue. The combination BUTTON_ON | BUTTON_OFF id already in use on the archos targets. It is used for the AB-repeat function. Couldn't think of a good combination to use there, so I've just disabled it for now.
