FS#4749 - Completed European Portuguese Translation

Finally a complete portuguese translation from the 26-02-2006 original english.lang file. It's still a very recent translation and I hope to improve it more as the time goes by. I'm still unsure of some strings - what they mean and what they do, but I hope to find that out while testing rockbox on my iriver. I haven't translated some very international words, like "Plugins", "Fade", "Debug" and "Buffer". Feel free to comment and..enjoy!
