FS#4814 - add option for fixed lineout volume on iPod

So here is my first patch. Not too sopisticated, but incredibly useful :)

The patch adds an option to the playback settings to select fixed or variable line-out volume.
The line-out is the sound output on the dock connector. The headphone output is not affected.

I have verified the patch only on iPod 5g, but there is a chance that it could also work on other iPods with WM8975 codec (nano, 4g, color, mini). Feel free to post your results…

Any comments on what I did wrong (lang file mod., etc.) are also welcome.

Improvements:
- add a setting to (statically) modify the lineout gain in case of fixed volume mode.

That came to mind, when I had connected my headphones to the (amplified) 0dB lineout :)

Partial patch now in CVS. Settings code should be added as a separate patch if someone finds it useful.

Just noticed that the ipod simulation targets don't build anymore.
So here is the fixed version…

Fantastic… works perfectly on my 4G iPod Photo 60Gb.

Here is a stripped version of the patch that always sets the lineout volume to 0dB for WM8975 and WM8758 codecs.
