FS#4981 - Tidy up for Chapter "Main Menu"
Used new \\fixme{} macro to highlight areas that require additional work,
corrected a few typo’s,
started work on Bookmarking section with some \\buttonxx macros.
Ensures manual builds for all current daily build platforms

added some \\genericimg macros to the above (mainmenu.diff) also the same in Rockbox Interface (interface.diff)
created new dummy ‘fixme’ screenshots to enable builds to complete for all platforms including iPodMini2g (NewScreenShots.zip)
Added iPodmini2g to LCD size table in appendix (appendix.diff)
I’ve commited the appendix changes today. I hope I’ll manage to look in the other patches soon.
having had another look at the Main Menu chapter, I noticed it looked nothing like the actual current menu. In the attached zip file is a complete new main.tex for main menu with all the items moved into the correct order, a few typsos corrected, some more \\genericimg usage, some missing 160x128x2 screenshots, and the section on book marking removed - it was already covered more accurately in Chapter 5 - General Settings.
