FS#5011 - playback_control menu in text viewer plugin

This patch adds Jgordon’s plugin menu code (using playback_control.h) to the text viewer plugin. Exit buttons on all targets have been redefined as menu buttons; when pressed, a menu is shown with options to quit the viewer, control playback, and return to the viewer.

It applies clean over CVS as of 4/03, and I haven’t found any bugs yet. Doesn’t mean there aren’t any though!
